Termination

Meta Platform and WhatsApp Business Compliance

Clients who engage Brandon Digital to connect their WhatsApp Business Account, Meta ad accounts, or other Meta Platforms assets to our services agree to the following platform-specific terms, which apply in addition to the general Service Terms above.

Client Obligations

• • You represent that you are authorised to grant Brandon Digital access to your WhatsApp Business Account, Meta Business Manager, ad accounts, and related assets
• • You will comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, Commerce Policy, and Developer Policies
• • You will obtain any end-user consents required under applicable law (Malaysia PDPA, GDPR, or equivalent) before sending messages initiated by your business
• • You will not use WhatsApp messaging or Meta advertising for prohibited content categories, including but not limited to firearms, regulated pharmaceuticals, gambling outside licensed jurisdictions, or adult content
• • You will maintain an internal opt-out mechanism and honour opt-out requests promptly

Brandon Digital's Use of Platform Data

Brandon Digital's access to and processing of data received from Meta Platforms APIs (including the WhatsApp Business Platform, Meta Marketing API, and Meta Conversions API) is scoped to the services requested by you and is governed by our Privacy Policy and by Meta's Platform Terms. We act as a Data Processor on your behalf for end-customer personal data obtained through these integrations. We do not resell such data, use it for independent advertising, or use it to train general-purpose machine learning models.

Conversions API Attribution Data

When we send conversion events to the Meta Conversions API on your behalf, we transmit only the minimum fields required for attribution (including click identifiers such as ctwa_clid, fbclid, and gclid, event timestamps, and event values if provided by you). Personal identifiers are hashed per Meta's Advanced Matching specification before transmission. You are responsible for ensuring the legal basis for this processing under your jurisdiction.

Offboarding and Token Revocation

Upon termination of our engagement or upon written request, Brandon Digital will revoke all access tokens held for your Meta and WhatsApp assets within 5 business days and purge non-retained operational data (including raw webhook payloads, cached profile information, and access credentials) within 30 days. Attribution identifiers associated with active deals in your CRM may be retained by your CRM under your own retention policies; we will not independently retain copies outside the operational caches disclosed in our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
