Methodology · A written operating system

How we run an account. On purpose.

Most agencies have a ‘process’. Ours is a written operating system — the same one every account runs on, whether you’re paying USD 4,900 or USD 30,000 a month.

Operating system · v3.2

Four principles we’re compensated on.

01
Measure before you move.

Every engagement starts with a 14-day diagnostic. No scope, no scope of work, no retainer, until we have a shared fact base. The audit is free and yours whether we end up working together or not.

02
Kill before you build.

The first deliverable is almost always a list of things to switch off. Most accounts carry 20–40% waste by spend. Compounding works in both directions — waste compounds too.

03
Write everything down.

Every hypothesis, every change, every expected result — in a shared decisions log. If a change works, we scale it. If it doesn’t, we can say exactly why, not "the market changed".

04
Compound, don’t chase.

Raise the floor before you chase the ceiling. Fix the leaks before you pour more in. Quarterly deep-dives are focused on the biggest remaining loss, not the shiniest new opportunity.

Accountability

What you get in writing, every week.

Deliverable · 01
Monday briefing

A 5-line email. What we shipped last week, what we learned, what we’re doing this week, what we need from you, what broke.

Deliverable · 02
Decisions log

A shared sheet. Every campaign change, bid adjustment, keyword kill, hypothesis, and measured result. Time-stamped. Signed.

Deliverable · 03
Monthly ops review

A 45-min call. Pipeline impact, cost-per-qualified-lead, payback period, next month’s bets. No slides — just the dashboard.

FAQ

Honest answers to the questions buyers actually ask.

No. All engagements are month-to-month after a 90-day initial run-up. If the numbers aren’t moving by month 3, you’re free to leave without penalty. We keep our clients because the work is working, not because the contract says so.
